Refund policy

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. 

Product should be returned unused, in the ‘return ship’ packaging along with the price tags attached; all labels, packing, and barcodes, invoice copy are defined as essentials. If any product is returned without the essentials, the product shall not be accepted for return. 

The return packages should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage of products during transit. Products under promotions / sale / discounts will not be accepted for returns. 

For added precaution, we request you to take a video from your smartphone as a proof before putting your order in the ‘return ship’ bag included in your complete order. We request you to send this video to our email address – care@jannat.com . 

In case you receive a product with a manufacturing defect kindly get in touch with us immediately. We will request you to kindly email us the photographs and a video of the defective product and appropriate action will be taken by our customer care team thereafter. Please email us at care@jannat.com  with your order number regarding the same.

Once we have your order back in the warehouse, refund will be initiated and should reflect in your original method of payment in 3-5 business days. Feel free to give us a call to get updated on your refund status. 

EXCHANGES 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at care@jannat.com
